UAE Fuel Price Committee Announces Prices for April
Abu Dubai/Dubai: The UAE committee for the price of fuel announced on Monday diesel and petrol prices for April 2025.
Super 98 petrol will cost Dh2.57 for a litre, which is comparable to Dh2.73 for a litre in March. Special 95 will cost Dh2.46 for one litre, as opposed to Dh2.61 for one litre the month before.
E-Plus category gasoline will be sold at Dh2.38 for a litre, which is in contrast to Dh2.54 for a one-litre price in April. Meanwhile, diesel is now available for Dh2.63 per litre, in comparison to Dh2.77 one litre earlier in the month.
The UAE has released fuel prices for April. In March, prices for fuel decreased slightly after being increased in February.
The new rates are effective beginning April 1 and will be as follows:
- Super 98 petrol is priced at Dh2.57 for a litre, which is comparable with Dh2.73 for March.
- Special 95 gasoline costs Dh2.46 each litre, as compared to the current price of Dh2.61.
- E-Plus 91 petrol costs Dh2.38 per litre, in comparison to Dh2.54 per one-litre bottle in March.
- Diesel will be priced at Dh2.63 per litre, in contrast to the current price of Dh2.77.
The Fuel Prices Monitoring Committee has cut the prices by a third by a third from March.
Approved fuel prices from the Ministry of Energy are determined each month, in accordance with the average global price for oil, regardless of whether it goes up or down, after incorporating the operational costs that distribution businesses incur.
Based on the type of vehicle you use and the type of vehicle you use, filling a full tank of fuel in April is approximately Dh7.65 and Dh11.84 less than the previous month.
Since UAE reduced the prices of petrol during 2015, and later aligned to international rates, prices are reviewed at the end of each month.
